The problem
Innova Schools arrived in Colombia in 2020, with its recent arrival and the entry of the pandemic they faced the great challenge of fully enrolling the new sites in Bogota. Innova Schools Colombia was faced with the need to implement a digital process that would allow them to reach their admissions goals.
At that time their plan was to run digital advertising campaigns to get people to request more information, however, they did not have a website that would allow them to support their innovative educational offer.

The Solution: HubSpot and Algebraix, the Perfect Combination
They started by establishing HubSpot CMS as the main Web Design tool for Innova, since it has the necessary tools to complement the marketing automation and the CRM that gives visibility to the admissions area of all the interactions of the prospects interested in Innova Schools Colombia.
Buyer Personas profiles and their corresponding Buyer's Journey were created to understand who the website would be directed to and how they would behave within the website, giving us clarity in the process that should be followed to achieve conversion.
We continued with the Web Design methodology that leads to growth, starting with the design strategy in order to have the launching platform in only 4 weeks, and give way to the third stage of continuous improvement, in which in addition to taking into account the key issues to be positioned, each page of the site was optimized in a technical and semantic way.
